VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for Annual Show: July 16, 17, and 18, 2021
If anyone is bored and in need of some club social time, we are looking for any willing and able volunteers to assist in our upcoming Annual Show (click for event details)! This is an opportunity for all members to support the club!

Friday, July 16 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Set Up (primarily setting up/arranging tables and chairs, cleaning table tops)
Saturday, July 17 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Welcome Table: Tally / Door Prize Assistance / Raffle (2-hr Shifts)
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
12:00 PM - 02:00 PM
02:00 PM - 04:00 PM
04:00 PM - 06:00 PM
Kids Activity Table
Shifts are Flexible
Sunday, July 18 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
